You’re curious about polyamory, but between the conflicting advice, the fear of hurting someone you love, and the uncertainty about what you actually want, it’s hard to know where to begin.

Is Polyamory for Me?, created by Joe Daylover, bridges the gap between curiosity and clarity, so that you have the knowledge, tools, and guided reflection to explore your options, understand your needs, and make intentional decisions about the relationships you want to build—whether that's monogamy, polyamory, or something in between.

More clarity on where you actually fall on the monogamy ↔ polyamory spectrum.

Distinguish fear from incompatibility, and recognize when your discomfort is telling you something important.

Navigate difficult conversations about non-monogamy with greater clarity and less reactivity.

Tools to stay grounded instead of getting hijacked by anxiety, jealousy, or catastrophizing.

Make sense of jealousy and insecurity without assuming every difficult feeling means something is wrong.

Identify your next steps without rushing yourself into a relationship structure you're not ready for.

This course is for you if:

  • You're curious about polyamory, whether single or partnered, but don't know where to start.
  • You want to explore your options without feeling pressured to choose a label or make a decision.
  • You're struggling to distinguish your own desires from fear, expectations, or pressure from someone else.
  • You're open to exploring polyamory but want to approach it thoughtfully rather than jumping in blindly.

About the educator

Joseph Daylover didn’t come to polyamory as a wide-eyed enthusiast; rather, his early journey involved confusion and resistance while being deeply in love.

When his partner first brought up polyamory, Joe was the "Hesitant One"—asking, “Wait…are we okay?” and trying to make sense of fear and jealousy alongside dreading the possibility that everything might change. He didn’t have the tools or language yet—and like many people, made some big mistakes.

His big shift came from understanding his fears, unpacking conditioning, and staying grounded in himself while navigating something unfamiliar--not forcing himself to be something he wasn't.

Now, over a decade later, Joe is a confident polyamorous partner and educator. His work is real, compassionate, and grounded in lived experience—not theory.

He created this workshop for the version of himself who was thinking: “I don’t know if I want this…and I need help figuring it out."
